Join our dynamic ministry as the Clubs Program Director, where you will play a key role in developing and managing sports programs that emphasize both athletic excellence and spiritual growth. This position is ideal for a passionate leader who can effectively integrate sports management with ministry to create a Christ-centered environment within Clubs.
Your main responsibilities will include overseeing club operations, coordinating logistics, securing facilities, and fostering relationships with governing bodies, Clubs, and tournaments. You will also be responsible for crafting outreach strategies, expanding program offerings, and cultivating strategic partnerships to engage and grow our community of participants.
Ministerial Duties

- Engage in a spiritual rhythm that includes daily prayer and Bible study to seek God's guidance.
- Provide spiritual leadership to staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, and leading by example.
- Participate actively in a local church through worship and community involvement.
- Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with biblical standards of conduct in alignment with FCA's Christian beliefs.
Role Responsibilities
Assist Club Administration
Fulfill all FCA administration requirements for registration, certification, and financial stewardship.Manage comprehensive training and implementation of the Club Management System.Coordinate the procurement and distribution of uniforms and equipment.Secure facilities for training and competitions by managing contracts and relationships with facility supervisors.Ensure coaches and staff meet all requirements for certifications and training.Organize and manage games, tournaments, evaluations, and season-ending celebrations.Assist Club Operations
Create and manage calendars for tryouts, training, competitions, and camps.Train coaches through mentorship and practical support.Oversee and supervise practices, games, and provide quality communication to parents.Develop relationships with governing bodies and other Clubs, sharing the Gospel through your work.Offer resources to help athletes advance their educational and playing careers.Effectively market Clubs to recruit families and athletes.Address and resolve any conflicts that may arise.Maintain relationships with local churches to ensure ongoing ministry.Ministry Advancement
Ensure that FCA is engaging and empowering coaches, athletes, and volunteers through various programs and events.Foster spiritual growth alongside athletic excellence through ministry integration.Lead E3 discipleship programs and build community around the sport.Encourage coach communities committed to support and celebrate each other.Implement comprehensive FCA Sports E3 Strategy for coaches, athletes, and families.Talent Development
Recruit, train, and develop volunteers aligned with the ministry growth goals.Create pathways for leadership development within the program.Donor Advancement
Build relationships with existing and prospective financial partners to secure funding.Oversee the financial operations for the Clubs.Establish and execute an annual budget and funding plan, including developing donor engagement strategies.Assist teams in fundraising initiatives.Foster ongoing communication and care for donors and board members.
