Clubs Program Director

Join our dynamic ministry as the Clubs Program Director, where you will play a key role in developing and managing sports programs that emphasize both athletic excellence and spiritual growth. This position is ideal for a passionate leader who can effectively integrate sports management with ministry to create a Christ-centered environment within Clubs.

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing club operations, coordinating logistics, securing facilities, and fostering relationships with governing bodies, Clubs, and tournaments. You will also be responsible for crafting outreach strategies, expanding program offerings, and cultivating strategic partnerships to engage and grow our community of participants.

Ministerial Duties

• Embrace and uphold FCA's Christian Community.
• Engage in a spiritual rhythm that includes daily prayer and Bible study to seek God's guidance.
• Provide spiritual leadership to staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, and leading by example.
• Participate actively in a local church through worship and community involvement.
• Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with biblical standards of conduct in alignment with FCA's Christian beliefs.
