Human Resources Department

The Human Resources (HR) team is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through retirement, collaborating closely with various departments such as New Site Development, Construction, Operations, Sales, Finance, Tech & Systems, and Legal to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment. Our HR team is distinguished by its proactive and strategic approach. Unlike in many organizations where HR functions are limited to administrative oversight, our HR professionals are empowered with the authority and responsibility to drive critical processes directly. This includes talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational planning. By leveraging in-house expertise, our HR team can align long-term organizational sustainability with innovative HR practices and cost-effective strategies. This alignment ensures that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to contribute to the company's success. Each member of our HR team plays a pivotal role in making high-impact decisions, resulting in a more dynamic and productive work environment.

Position Overview

This role will be based in Ashburn, VA in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days in, 2 days flexible).

Are you passionate about uncovering insights that drive people-first strategies? Vantage is seeking a DataAnalystin People Analytics that will play a vital role in transforming data into strategic value for our global Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. This role combines your analytical strengths with your ability to tell clear, actionable stories, helping business leaders make informed, evidence-based decisions about our most important asset : our people.

Reporting to the Director of People Analytics, you'll act as an embedded expert within the Global HR function-leading regular reporting, delivering ad hoc analysis, and collaborating with the wider analytics team to evolve our capabilities in business intelligence and AI.

Essential Job Functions

• People Analytics & Reporting (~50%)

Deliver recurring people analytics reports, including compliance-based reporting, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Act as an internal consultant, responding to HR and TA requests for custom analysis.

Partner with our central analytics team to enhance BI tools and data pipelines.

Additional duties as assigned by Management.
