An AmLaw 100 firm is actively seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join its fast-growing Business Litigation and Government Contracts practice in Nashville, Tennessee . This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced litigator looking to expand into the dynamic field of government contracts while working on high-impact cases and regulatory matters.

About the Role :

In this hybrid litigation and regulatory role, you’ll partner with experienced attorneys to represent businesses in complex commercial disputes , bid protests , size protests , and SBA compliance matters . You’ll also advise clients on regulatory compliance , conduct internal investigations , and contribute to thought leadership through writing and speaking engagements.

This is an ideal position for an associate who is passionate about litigation but also eager to deepen their expertise in government contracts law , including federal procurement, SBA set-aside programs, and agency-level protest work.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in business litigation and government contracts disputes , including bid and size protests .

Assist with regulatory compliance , internal investigations , and SBA-related guidance.

Draft legal content for publications , and participate in speaking engagements at industry events and associations.

Qualifications :

4–6+ years of relevant litigation experience at a law firm or in federal government practice.

Working knowledge or strong interest in regulatory compliance , bid protests , claims , and government contracts law .

Exceptional academic credentials from both undergraduate and law school.

Excellent writing, analytical , and verbal communication skills.

Admission to the Tennessee Bar , or eligibility to sit for the next bar exam or gain admission without examination.
