PagerDuty is seeking a Product Manager - App Platform to join our diverse, customer-focused team in leading the industry's transformation to fully automated operations! Our vision : a world where AI-augmented software developers build and ship applications 10x faster, and those applications run reliably and autonomously in production. When the unexpected happens, AI agents and automated remediation will resolve most issuesso human teams can focus on innovation, not firefighting. Our App Experience Platform team enables a scalable, and consistent front-end web and mobile experience across PagerDuty's Operations Cloud by leveraging consistent technology standards, UI principles and best practices to deliver exceptional user experience. The platform will be used to create experiences for PagerDuty admins, incident responders and stakeholders alike. In this role, you'll work with UX design, engineering and program management to accelerate product development in delivering a consistently outstanding user experience and make our product more broadly available.

Important note : While this role is posted as remote, candidates who are located near one of our hub locations (San Francisco, Atlanta, or Toronto) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product and UX design managers to deeply understand PagerDuty Operations Cloud functionality and customer journeys
• Partner with our apps and platform product teams to understand, consolidate, and prioritize their UX needs
• Deliver a powerful web and mobile user experience platform that empowers our app teams to deliver market-leading usability
• Guide Accessibility and FedRAMP compliance, internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) programs to make our products available to more customers
• Develop and deliver on an integrated roadmap serving our business priorities and product team needs

The base salary range for this position is 140,000 - 235,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and / or benefits. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills / competencies and experience.
