Executive Administrative Assistant
Kelly is currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide critical operational and administrative support to a top oil and gas client located in Spring, Texas.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, standard working hours
Target Pay Rate : $38.00 / hr.
Responsibilities :
Directly support 2-3 executives and assist the department as needed
Manage and screen calls, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex calendars
Arrange travel and meeting logistics
Prepare financial reports and data utilizing Power BI and Tableau
Create correspondence, take meeting notes, and provide other administrative support as required
Interface with resources across multiple departments and professionally represent executives
Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP
Quick learner with knowledge of large corporate regulations
Strong interpersonal presence and professional communication skills
Ability to establish relationships and advise executives on time management
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities
Must be able to rapidly learn new tools and resources to ensure effectiveness
