In-House Fractional Biopharmaceutical Contracts Counsel with Legal Ops. Acumen (Remote) (Engagement) : Latitude is seeking an experienced in-house contracts counsel to support a dynamic biopharmaceutical company on a fractional contract engagement. The role focuses on commercial contracts with a strong overlay of legal operations responsibilities, ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight. This is a fully remote role offering substantial WFH flexibility. The role is suited for a detail-oriented, self-motivated contracts lawyer with experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors, supporting overflow contract drafting, negotiation, and organization work to free up internal legal team members for strategic initiatives.

Basic Requirements
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation : The annualized pay ranges from $200,000 to $275,000+ on a full-time basis. For contract engagements, pay is based on experience, credentials, location, market conditions, and candidate preferences.
Benefits : Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours / week. Benefits include Group Life, LTD, AD&D, a qualified 401k plan, and a CLE / Professional Expense stipend.
