Join our team as a Senior Product Leader to help us build the future of clinical trials. You'll dive deep into complex industry problems, turning "good ideas" into great products that scale. This role requires more than just technical oversight; it requires a navigator comfortable with evolving priorities and a strategist who empowers our Sales and Success teams to win.
If you have strong judgment for trade-offs and a bias for action in the face of ambiguity, you'll fit right in. Specifically, you'll be the driving force behind bringing AI agents into the StudyTeam ecosystem, solving the industry's biggest bottleneck: patient recruitment and enrollment.
What You'll Be Working On:The expected salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 USD per year for full time team members.
