Job description : Job Summary
We are seeking driven and detail-oriented Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to join a commercial construction team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience managing or supporting complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage or assist in managing all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues related to scope, schedule, and budget
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and construction quality
- Lead or support project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractor services
- Track and report project financials, forecasts, and billing
- Support project closeout activities including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in commercial construction project management or coordinationProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and safety regulationsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsOSHA certification and PMP designation are a plusYou should be proficient in :
