Sales Executive – Logistics | Memphis, TN

We’re looking for a Top-Performing Sales Executive who knows the logistics industry inside and out. This is an on-site role in Memphis, TN , perfect for a driven, results-focused professional ready to make big moves and even bigger commissions .

If you’ve got the numbers to back up your hustle—we want to see them. A book of business is a huge plus, but not a deal-breaker. What matters most is your ability to sell, close, and grow .

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and close new business opportunities in freight and logistics
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build long-term relationships with shippers and customers
  • Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of logistics sales experience (3PL or asset-based preferred)
  • Proven sales performance — bring your numbers!
  • Strong understanding of transportation and supply chain services
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Existing customer relationships or book of business = major plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred
