Role Description

This is a full?time, on?site role for a Billing Specialist located in Jacksonville, FL. This position is responsible for processing and auditing billing paperwork, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate revenue and commission reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail?oriented, and comfortable working in a fast?paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, audit, and process billing paperwork from operations, customer service, and drivers
• Prepare and submit invoices to customers accurately and on schedule
• Calculate and record company revenue, commissions, and adjustments
• Assist with accounts receivable, including cash applications, ACH / credit card payments, and collections
• Maintain and bill monthly storage and warehouse accounts
• Reconcile revenue and commission data; resolve discrepancies
• Prepare weekly A / R and collection reports
• Provide backup support to the accounting department as needed

Qualifications

Salary : $50,000.00 $60,000.00
