• Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 Days, Temps Available Clean Files
• EMR : Cerner
• Coverage Dates : Coverage Needed Starting ASAP - target December 2021 or January 2022 start for 13-14 shifts per month of locums coverage
• Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration : 24 Hour Shifts Only - 8 : 30a-8 : 30a
• Type of Patients / Cases : Adults
• Support Staff : In-House Anesthesia and MFM on call
• 100 deliveries in the last 24 months will need to be proven via case logs during credentialing, GYN case need to be included in the logs (required # depends on facility)
• Minimum number of shifts required per month? 4 Shifts Minimum per month
• Procedures / Cases Required : GYN Coverage
• Board Certified Required
• Active State License Required
• Must have Active DEA
