Hematology Advanced Practice Provider

The Dartmouth Cancer Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth seek an Advanced Practice Provider to work collaboratively to provide high quality, compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care through the Section of Hematology in our Lebanon, New Hampshire practice.The Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with established Hematology / Bone Marrow Transplant clinicians, the Palliative Care Team and the survivorship program. The Advanced Practice Provider will also participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and research protocols as well as have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement projects with the Cancer Center and the DHMC Value Institute. Academic endeavors are encouraged and supported and there is peer support with a well-established hematology / oncology nurse practitioner group. This position holds a faculty rank at the level of Instructor through The Geisel School of Medicine. What we are seeking :

• An experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant with experience in oncology, or a new graduate with experience as an oncology RN.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An autonomous advanced practice provider with clinical expertise and organizational skills who enjoys working in
• An active learner with an interest in teaching, education, and research.

The APRN / PA functions as part of the provider team to provide care to the departments panel of patients.This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. No on-call required at this time.
