Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CT Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours Employment Type : Travel CT Technologist Location : 325 W 15th St, New York, NY 10011 Description : Seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures following prescribed protocols and safety standards. Experience Required : Minimum 2 years of recent CT Tech experience Responsibilities :

• Perform CT procedures utilizing appropriate kV and mA techniques to ensure diagnostic image quality.
• Conduct daily quality control and calibration checks on all equipment before patient use.
• Administer contrast or radioactive materials per physician orders and established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation, charge logs, and equipment reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to radiation safety and ALARA principles during all imaging activities.
• Manage and retrieve patient images and data for radiologist interpretation.
• Verify and handle radiopharmaceutical orders per policy and procedure. Skills & Competencies :
• Proficiency in performing CT procedures according to established protocols.
• Sound judgment and ability to respond to patient needs pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, quality assurance, and imaging technology. Education & Certifications :
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Required Licenses / Certifications : New York State Department of Health License (L.R.T.)
