Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Billing Manager to join our team. This position plays a critical role in managing billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with contract management systems and construction-related software tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee billing processes for multiple contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit billing documentation in alignment with project timelines and client specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, accounting, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize software applications such as Smartsheet, DocuSign, Adobe PDF Editor, Raken, Bluebeam, and Trimble & Tekla to support billing and contract management.
• Track billing progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports for leadership review.
• Ensure billing processes comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client standards.
