We are seeking a self-starting, creative, team-oriented, and detail-oriented Home Stager to join our company. We specialize in residential staging projects and visual merchandising, working primarily within the City of Chicago.

We create highly desirable properties that appeal to a wide range of prospective buyers, which sell quickly and for more money than the competition.

This position works closely with the owner on supporting our existing client base, as well as scaling for growth. In addition, this position would lead to individual projects, as well as the team implementing said projects. Prior experience managing team members is a plus.

This is a fast-paced industry, so efficiency and confidence in making decisions are key!

Note : You MUST have prior experience in the Home Staging industry to be considered.

Compensation : $25 - $30 hourly

• Lead and inspire our staging team to create inviting and market-ready homes that captivate potential buyers.
• Collaborate closely with the owner to develop and implement strategies that enhance our service offerings and expand the client base.
• Oversee the design and execution of staging projects, ensuring each property showcases its full potential and aligns with client expectations.
• Foster a supportive and efficient work environment where team members feel empowered to contribute their best ideas and efforts.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring all staging activities are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on staging solutions that maximize property appeal.
• Continuously evaluate and refine our staging processes to maintain our competitive edge and deliver exceptional results.
