We are primarily an Automation and design firm. We operate numerous divisions through which we Engineer, Design, Manufacture, Install, Maintain, and service new equipment as well as Modernize existing equipment. Our main focus is the transportation of people and goods from one level to another in Homes and buildings.

Elevators, Stair Lifts, Gondolas, Dumbwaiters, Reciprocating conveyors, Automotive storage lifts, and even Hidden rooms and wine cellars accessed by automated hidden doors and panels are some of the items we are considered the experts in engineering new or repair solutions for.

The Elevator was the first integration of automation into people's daily lives in the modern world. Today there are hundreds of thousands of elevators installed and in use and more are being installed daily. Some elevators that were installed over 100 years ago still function today because of companies like ours. Over the years, our focus has led us to be the most well-known and respected source for engineering solutions that other firms simply don't have the depth of talent and experience to take on.

Some examples of the drive systems we work with are Full Synchronous permanent magnet gearless motor-driven traction machines, traditional geared traction machines, Roped Hydraulic, Cable Drive winding drums, pneumatic negative air pressure turbine machines, magnetic drive, and other methods.

We are searching for Mechanical and electrical engineers, whether you are a practical engineer in these fields or a fully stamped and certified engineer, we are interested in reviewing your resumes.

We have adopted the approach of an engineered-based company. This applies not only to the new design and manufacture of the equipment but to field operations and repair as well.

We are searching for engineers who can mentor and assist apprentice field technicians in learning how to install, service, and repair the same equipment that they are designing, improving, and engineering in our factory.

We accomplish this through detailed SOPS which may already be in writing or developing new SOPs for each repair scenario.

We will provide the training and mentorship for the engineers that we hope to mentor our apprentices.

We have chief engineer as well as general engineer positions available. The Compensation will be different for each of these roles.

The equipment uses control technology Such as VVVF Drives, VFD Drives, Power Supplies, Circuit Boards, Transformers, Relays, Switches, Control panels, and PLCs.

Soldiering and rework skills are a big plus.

CAD and related computer skills are necessary.

Must be very good with people. Our engineers WILL be interacting with real retail consumers and watching their efforts change peoples lives, keeping consumers in their homes, as stairs no longer are an obstacle. Yes engineers that are seen and known as People centric.......

The persons chosen for this job will be responsible for overseeing the Training of the technicians and providing tech support to the tech in the field is a big part of the job. This is in addition to the design and development of new products and patents.

Our headquarters location is in Bountiful Utah, located off of I-15 at 900 South, a spacious, near 30,000-square-foot building with a Showroom, manufacturing, Parts, Fabrication, and ample space for research and development. The corporation has numerous other locations both in the State of Utah as well as other surrounding States.
