As a fast-growing startup, we value creativity, hustle, and resourcefulness—and we’re looking for a Warehouse Technician / Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, organization, safety) with technical expertise (testing, validating, and troubleshooting AV gear). You’ll work directly with world-class equipment while also leading and mentoring warehouse staff, ensuring smooth workflows, quality, and efficiency every day.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and organization.
• Test, diagnose, and troubleshoot professional audio, video, lighting, and rigging gear to ensure functionality and resale quality.
• Operate and train others on forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist with equipment preparation for customer pickups and shipments.
• Create and maintain systems for cataloguing, labelling, and tracking gear efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment, consistently enforcing safety best practices.
• Occasionally support early / late shipments outside of the standard 8am–5pm schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff or contractors, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.
