Position Summary : The Member Advisor plays a crucial role in assisting credit union members by providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service. This position involves cross-selling products, addressing member inquiries, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough assessments to understand member needs.
Cross-sell credit union products based on needs.
Address inquiries via face-to-face or telephone.
Adhere to policies and complete required paperwork.
Stay informed about products and policies.
