Warehouse Lead

Pay : $20.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

• Lead daily order fulfillment operations (merchant, wholesale, and FBA orders).
• Oversee picking, scanning, packing, labeling, and shipping activities.
• Use systems like SkuVault, ShipStation, and Shopify to manage and track orders.
• Train and support team members while setting a strong example on the floor.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Choose optimal shipping methods based on cost, weight, and urgency.
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and lifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse space.
• Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and increase efficiency.
