Account Manager

Our client, a leading provider of Electrical Supply products and services, is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join their team. Responsibilities :

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure a consistently positive experience.
• Write customer orders and discuss pricing and product availability.
• Develop processes to keep customers organized and informed, including forecasting support.
• Participate in ongoing training related to electrical distribution equipment and lighting.
• Provide purchasing insights based on customer conversations and relationships.
• Assist walk-in customers with product questions and handle cash / credit transactions.
• Support telephone sales (answer calls, take messages, route inquiries, process orders).
• Prepare and pick sales orders to assist the warehouse team.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and customer communications.
• Maintain showroom displays and literature.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
