Position : Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Weekend Support Lead

At Robin Hill Farm , our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are at the heart of what we do-delivering compassionate, individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Who We're Looking For :

We're seeking a weekend support lead -someone who's organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others. In this key role, you will :

Monitor and support program scheduling

Ensure staff-to-resident ratios are met

Maintain the continuum of care for residents from Friday to Sunday

Serve as the first point of contact for staffing and program concerns

Coordinate with management and administration as needed

Schedule :

Friday : 3 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Saturday & Sunday : 8 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

What you will do :

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned
