Cross Country Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our client, a School District near Montebello, CA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a onsite school-based position with a thriving and innovative school district, providing consultation, functional behavior assessments, staff training, and ongoing support for students exhibiting behavioral challenges.

This is a FULL TIME W2, on-site contract role aligned with the school calendar, the candidate chosen for this position will not be a district employee , this candidate will be an employee of Cross-Country Education enjoying benefits such as, but not limited to :

• Grade Level : K-12
• Location : Montebello, CA – ON SITE
• Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM | Monday–Friday
• Estimated Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025
• Compensation : $63 per hour + $2,000 Bonus
• Hours Per Week : 40 Guaranteed
• Mileage Reimbursement Provided
