What You Will Do :

• Automation lead of 2nd shift warehouse associates reporting to the 2nd shift Dematic Supervisor.
• Process orders using the Dematic Goods To Person (GTP) system.
• Oversee operator task assignments.
• Develop a familiarity with the associated Dematic automation software programs.
• Monitor current order volume and ensure that the team is staffed to accurately fulfill all orders for the evening.
• Assist the on-site automation mechanics with troubleshooting and addressing basic faults.
• Work with inventory control to address inventory discrepancies and to ensure that the automation system has appropriate inventory levels.
• Monitor the software system and quickly address any potential issues.
• Escalate issues regarding staffing, inventory, automation, etc. to the appropriate shift supervisor.
• Track and replenish supplies to ensure that all materials are available for the shift.
• Review data and identify trends that can help increase efficiencies and / or improve processes.

What You Will Bring :

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

Salary Range : $19-25 / hr., varies based on experience.

Location : Cranbury, NJ, Central Distribution Center

Work Hours : This is a full-time Monday-Friday position with a 3 : 30 pm start. There is frequent overtime which is required.

Although training is provided, the ideal candidate will be eager to learn warehouse automation, have the drive to meet production requirements, and the desire to lead a team.
