Construction Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include :

• Manage multiple projects across Southern VA and East Coast markets
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Utilize Procore and other tools for documentation and reporting
• Drive project profitability and timely delivery
