Marketing Manager - Pharmacy
Reports To : Director of Sales & Marketing Overview
We are the leading home infusion pharmacy provider committed to delivering quality infusions in a safe, convenient manner-where patient choice and exceptional care are at the center of everything we do. We're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our strategic marketing initiatives across multiple territories, supporting growth, brand awareness, referral relationships, and patient engagement. This role blends creativity, analytics, and collaboration to drive measurable impact in the healthcare market. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support the pharmacy's growth strategies, sales goals, and brand positioning in each market.
- Ensure consistent messaging, design, and patient-centric tone across all communications, campaigns, and materials.
- Create and manage targeted digital, print, and event-based campaigns to increase referrals, physician awareness, and patient engagement.
- Partner with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and data-driven tools that support territory growth and relationship building.
- Conduct regular analysis of healthcare trends, competitor activity, and referral network dynamics to identify opportunities and threats in the Virginia and West Virginia markets.
- Coordinate sponsorships, educational programs, and community outreach to build brand visibility and trust within local markets.
- Oversee the company's online presence-including website updates, social media, and online advertising-to enhance brand recognition and lead generation.
- Track performance of campaigns, report ROI, and present insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
