A company is looking for a Sr. Learning Operations Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning programs using adult learning principles and multimedia tools
Facilitate virtual and in-person leadership development programs and critical business trainings
Lead medium- to large-scale learning and development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in L&D with a focus on instructional design or training operations
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Proficient with LMS platforms and sales enablement tools
Strong facilitation experience in delivering virtual learning and management training
Familiarity with tools such as Articulate, Asana, and Microsoft 365 suite
