Work Schedule : M-F, very light, shared call
Scheduled Hours : 40, 36 clinical / 4 admin, 4-day work week available

In today\'s complex medical environment patients need dedicated primary care physicians to monitor and supervise their care. Our doctors have deep roots in the New Haven area; many having practiced here for over 20 years. We know the local medical community, and when necessary, we refer patients to the best specialists in the area. We admit to Yale-New Haven Hospital and The Hospital of Saint Raphael.

- Busy, collegial practice of 4 physicians and 5 APRN, 1 : 1 provider to support staff model

- 16-20ppd with light, shared phone-call responsibilities with regional group

- 20 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 days CME w / stipend
- Base Salary $290K+ , two-year guarantee, generous sign-on bonus , wRVU bonus plan, Quality Bonuses, retirement plans, relocation expenses, up to $80K in student loan reimbursement
