A Primary Care Physician (PCP) is needed in South Central, VT.

South Central Vermont offers scenic beauty, outdoor recreation, and a high quality of life with access to national forests, ski resorts, and vibrant small-town communities. This opportunity is with a respected, mission-driven FQHC that provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, and care management services across multiple sites.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary : $250,000 annually
• RVU production model after 18 months physicians earning upwards of $400,000+
• Relocation assistance : up to $10,000
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
• Paid malpractice insurance
• Paid time off :

4 weeks PTO to start, plus holidays (increases after 18 months)
