Estimated Annual Earnings : $75,000–$100,000 annually, depending on performance and experience

Your New Role

As a Residential HVAC Installer with ABA Appliance in Austin, TX, you’ll be responsible for :

Installing residential split systems, ductwork, mini splits, and refrigerant lines

Replacing HVAC systems including heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units, and more

Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and wiring schematics

Charging, evacuating, and properly servicing HVAC systems

Operating hand and power tools with precision and safety

Keeping your work truck, job sites, and equipment clean and professional

Coordinating with your team to deliver high-quality installs and avoid callbacks

3-5 years of proven HVAC installation experience in residential environments

EPA Type II Certification

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no restrictions)

Proficient with 120v, 240v, and 24v systems

Solid understanding of refrigeration principles and proper charging / evacuation

Skilled in ductwork, line set installation, and major component replacement (compressors, evaporators, TXVs)

Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Must pass an in-house written assessment and soldering test

High school diploma or equivalent required
