Telecom Specialist

Job Description

Computer World Services Corp (CWS) is seeking an experienced Telecom Specialist to manage and support telecommunications and network systems, with a specialization in Cisco hardware and services. This role also involves Dell hardware repair, WAN / LAN infrastructure management, and network performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hardware engineering, troubleshooting, and providing production support to maintain a reliable and efficient network environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Network Engineering and Support

• Support the installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of WANs and LANs.
• Assist in designing and managing WAN infrastructure and related processes.
• Perform day-to-day operations and provide second-level problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for network issues.
• Support the dispatch and coordination of circuit and hardware vendors for problem resolution.
• Escalate and communicate network status updates to management and internal customers.
