Demand Planner

A company is looking for a Demand Planner to manage forecasting and demand planning for retail channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with various teams to align assumptions and translate them into forecast inputs

Develop and maintain the weekly bottom-up forecast model for the wholesale channel globally

Analyze sales and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities, making recommendations for adjustments

Required Qualifications :

5-8 years of experience in demand planning, revenue forecasting, or analytics for physical products

Prior experience with major US retailers such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, or Costco

Strong technical skills in advanced Excel or Google Sheets and scenario modeling

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field

Experience blending digital performance metrics with retail pipeline data into forecast models
