Consult with physicians about resident conditions and treatments; notify families of changes or incidents and provide emotional support.
Engage in internal audits, government surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high standards of care.
Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention, sanitation, safety standards, and emergency procedures for residents and staff.
