September 1-5 (x2); September 8-12; September 15- 19 (x2); September 22-26 (x2); September 29-October 3 (x2)

October 6-10 (x2); October 13-17 (x3); October 20-24; October 27-31

November 3-7 (x2); November 10-14 (x2); November 17-21 X3; November 24-26 (x2)

December 1-5; December 8-12 (x3); December 15-19 (x2); December 22-24 (x2); December 29-31 (x2)

Details of Assignment :

Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm

Call is on nights. No weekends. 20 minute beeper call. Schedule is every 4th night.

CRNAs are supervised by MDs

Cases : Endo, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular, Spinals, blocks, and epidurals with case logs required

Credentialing timeline : 60-90 days unless clean background and active and unrestricted Arizona license. Temps allowed.
