Senior Manager, Chief Of Staff (Bank Tech)

The Bank Tech Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead high-visibility CTO initiatives across the organization. These initiatives enable the organization to move more efficiently, tell our story more effectively, and foster exceptional talent. This person will report into the Director of CTO Operations & Governance and partner with peers and leaders across Bank Tech as an individual contributor. Responsibilities include :

• Scope work and draft product delivery requirements, workback plans and roadmaps based on leadership vision
• Thought-partnership on how we achieve audacious goals
• Connect and bring on the right people to drive the work forward
• Project manage initiatives, including iterative planning, monitoring delivery, and producing status reports and leading routines
• Prepare supporting materials and communicate (written and verbal) value of initiatives to promote Bank Tech

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $193,000 - $220,300 for Chief of Staff

New York, NY : $210,500 - $240,300 for Chief of Staff

Richmond, VA : $175,500 - $200,300 for Chief of Staff

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
