Attorney

Established Portland law firm seeking a workers' compensation defense attorney. We represent employers, insurers, and third party administrators in the defense of workers' compensation claims. In addition, we advise employers regarding employment issues including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and related return to work matters.

The candidate must be a self-starter, work as a team player, and able to manage a reasonable caseload with minimum supervision. Candidates must have three or more years of workers' compensation defense experience, will possess strong academic credentials. Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be a member in good standing with the Oregon State Bar.
