Role Description
As a Regional Vice President for Homes.com, you will lead a dynamic field team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner to the residential real estate industry. You will lead a team of 8 Field Regional Directors who will manage teams of 8-10 Territory Field Representatives. The Field Representatives will be responsible for developing real estate broker relationships, presenting the Homes.com value proposition to residential sales agents, and driving revenue by generating membership demo leads for the inside sales team. In your role, you will be accountable for coaching and developing your team members and ensuring they are achieving their sales targets and activity goals.
This role is required to be based out of one of CoStar Group's north east office locations. Ideal markets include : Richmond / Arlington VA, Baltimore MD, Boston MA, Pittsburg / Philadelphia PA, and Chicago IL.
