The Manager of Financial Analysis in the Physician Services space is responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to assist in the decision-making process for a healthcare organization. This may include creating financial models, analyzing financial statements, and evaluating economic trends.

Essential Duties :

• Create financial models for new projected business to assist with business development
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning for the organization
• Develop and maintain financial models to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Identify trends and making recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth
• Assist with the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and the board of directors
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to gather information and data needed for analysis
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid position (3 days week in office) based out of our Lafayette, LA office.
