Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Program Integration Lead to join our mission in Littleton, CO! This is a technical leadership opportunity working directly with executives and leadership team overseeing analysis in support of LM Space Business Development efforts. The role will build breadth in the areas of strategic thinking, technology, analysis, planning, execution, and communication. It is an executive-facing position requiring a high level of professionalism, organization, confidentiality, along with excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills. An understanding of project management, along with exceptional interpersonal skills to develop relationships and advance initiatives are critical to success. The Strategic Analysis Program Integration Lead is responsible for but not limited to, the following :
Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Analysis & Assessments (A&A) team in Waterton to include executives, managers, and Chief Analysts.
Own governance and material for A&A business rhythms.
Manage planning, organization, and completion of projects within area of assigned responsibility.
Own multi-media briefings and status tools for executive audiences, customers, and the workforce.
Maintain situational awareness of A&A workforce levels, status, and issues.
Act as A&A liaison with campus facilities, LOB, and security representatives to manage program-level issues and future strategic planning.
Oversee all aspects (content, technical, logistics) of program-level events to include VIP visits, off-sites, all-hands, and executive meetings.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Intellectual ability to synthesize large amounts of data into briefings, and connect meaningful insights, implications, and recommendations.
Ability to lead enterprise-wide projects and produce executive-level products (briefings / presentations).
Demonstrated industry and Space knowledge.
Operations analysis experience.
Capture / proposal management experience.
PMP certification or program management experience.
Excellent relationship building skills with all levels of employees, leadership, and customers.
MBA.
Must possess the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
