Job Opportunity : General Laborer

We are currently seeking skilled general laborers with experience in flat roofing to join our team. As a general laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with installing and repairing various types of flat roofing systems on commercial buildings.

Job location : Kaukauna / Green Bay / De Pere, WI

Job type : Full-time

Your duties will include :

• Assists with installing and repairing various types of flat roofing systems, including built-up roofing, modified bitumen roofing, and single-ply roofing
• Measuring and cutting roofing materials to size and shape
• Applying roofing materials to flat roofs using various techniques, such as torching, mopping, and rolling
• Assists with inspecting roofs for damage and leaks and determining the best course of action for repair
• Removing old roofing materials and preparing surfaces for new roofing installations
• Adhering to safety regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communicating with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to specifications
