Mechanic

We are currently seeking an experienced construction and industrial equipment mechanic to join the growing team at our Shippensburg, PA location. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization, we want to speak with you!

Our shop mechanics play a vital role in the dealer / customer relationship, ranging from equipment prep / set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair.

Ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training.

Job Overview :

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment.
• Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
• Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.
• Best Line has on-line and factory training benefits as well.

Requirements :

Estimated annual compensation : $55,000 - $80,000 (dependent on experience)
