Deli Director

Oversee the day to day operations of 5 deli departments :

• Training and development of management.
• Creating and executing procedures instrumental to deli productivity and profitability.
• Full responsibility for Deli P&L, including retail pricing, promotion strategy, inventory management, labor, and other expenses.
• Oversee sales and execution of all food catering and events.
