Job descriptionAssist licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants with treatment setup and basic patient care under direct supervision Perform physical / occupational therapy-related activities aligned with training and supervision Support non-patient care tasks including general housekeeping, cleaning equipment, and organizing supplies Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and assisting with front office duties as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment Experience working with patients in a clinical or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and physical therapy procedures Background in orthopaedics, athletic training, or exercise physiology / science is a plus Professional and personable attitude required CPR certification required Computer literacy is essential Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with therapists, patients, and support staff Full medical, dental, and vision coverage with FSA and HSA options Retirement plan with employer contributions Company-paid life insurance Paid Time Off program
