Agency Systems Administrator

A company is looking for an Agency Systems Administrator to manage and optimize their AMS360 platform and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for AMS360, managing configuration, maintenance, user permissions, and data integrity

Evaluate, implement, and document AMS360 features, workflows, and automation enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability

Oversee integrations between AMS360 and related systems, ensuring seamless data flow and timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience administering AMS360 or a comparable agency management system

Strong understanding of insurance agency operations, workflows, and data structures

Proficiency in system configuration, maintenance, and user management

Analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Experience with API-based integrations and automation tools is preferred
