Customer Service Representative
GRM Information Management Services, a leader in the Document Management Industry is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Capitol Heights, Maryland office.
Job Description:
- Handle incoming phone calls and email requests at the Customer Service desk.
- Generate and track daily work orders via Inventory Management System
- Schedule and coordinate customer pickups and deliveries.
- Respond to client questions or concerns
- Interact with Dispatch and Account Management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Hours (M-F) 9:00 am -6:00 pm
Required Skills:
- Data entry and order processing experience
- Ability to handle heavy phones in a fast-paced environment; active listening and conflict resolution
- Positive attitude, friendly disposition
- Must possess excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as both part of a team and independently
- Ability to multi task several processes simultaneously
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Intermediate computer skills (Email, Excel, etc.).
