Purpose
Provide administrative support to the Provider Enrollment Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for daily Insight Services for TouchchartPrepare documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDFScan documents into Touchchart and setting up new clientsAddress updates for clientsComplete special projects as assignedSupport management and assist staff as neededPrepare a spreadsheet of provider information for clients that terminate
Set up Provider Maintenance and Referring Provider Maintenance for new clientsMail application packets to providersCall insurance carriers to follow-up on status of applicationsPerform other client related administrative duties on an as needed basisMake photocopies, fax documents and scan documents as requiredUphold company mission, vision and valuesAdhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this positionQualifications

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Computer Skills
Prior MS Office experience, including proficiency with Excel and Word, and internet software experience required.
Experience
One to two years related experience preferred.
