Summary : Monitors and evaluates the overall operation of the local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). Ensures optimum performance and utility of these networks.

Job Responsibilities :

Network Management

• Oversees the management and performance of the corporate network environment
• Primary responsibilities include design, deployment, maintenance and support of the corporate network including firewalls for production and Wi-Fi networks.
• Provides oversight, including reporting regarding security and utilization of all system access and resources, performs proactive maintenance and monitoring to ensure stable and available network performance.
• Provides troubleshooting guidance and training for Assistant and Staff level Network Engineering staff.
• Communicates and works with vendors as appropriate for network troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Ensures all resources are deployed to ensure high levels of availability and optimal performance while adhering to security baseline standards.

Hours : Incumbents in this role, due to the nature of the role, must be available to be “on-call” in the case of emergencies. “On-call” includes being available during unusual normal operating business hours, including weekends
