Key Responsibilities
Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to identify their needs or issues
Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls
Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the company's image and public perception
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in B2C Sales, including outbound and cold call functions
Medical or healthcare industry experience is a plus
Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Proficient in relevant computer applications
