Floater Teacher MAG Childcare

Pay : $13.25 / hour

About MAG Childcare

MAG Childcare is a warm and welcoming environment where every child is encouraged to explore, learn, and thrive. Our team works together like family and were looking for a flexible, dependable Floater Teacher to join us!

Position Overview

As a Floater, youll support classrooms of all ages throughout the day stepping in where help is needed most. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and keeping each day exciting and different.

What Youll Do

  • Assist lead teachers in daily activities and classroom transitions
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and organized learning spaces
  • Build positive, caring relationships with children and staff
  • Support meal, nap, and playtime routines
  • Step in as needed to ensure smooth end-of-day operations

    • What Were Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
  • Experience working with children preferred but not required
  • Able to work MondayFriday, 11 : 00 a.m. until close
  • Friendly, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
