What Youll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Craft and execute a visionary growth and Go To Market strategy for the Home vertical, aligning with PXs overarching goals.
  • Identify untapped opportunities to establish PX as the go-to customer acquisition platform forsolar, windows, roofing, and others.
  • Set clear, ambitious targets that drive exponential growth.

Revenue Growth

  • Bring hyper-growth to the vertical by securing and scaling partnerships.
  • Develop and deploy innovative sales strategies that maximize revenue and client ROI.
  • Lead the charge in optimizing pricing models and leveraging performance data for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership

  • Grow and inspire the high-performing sales and account management team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Work closely with the management team.
  • Client Engagement

  • Be the face of PX for top-tier clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Deliver customized solutions that address client needs and drive mutual success.
  • Represent PX at industry events, establishing thought leadership and expanding our brand presence.
  • Operational Excellence

  • Use performance metrics and market insights to innovate and optimize vertical operations.
  • Ensure scalability and efficiency, leveraging PXs dynamic pricing and publisher management tools.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, particularly CMS guidelines.
  • What Were Looking For

  • Proven Industry Experience : At least 10 years of senior-level experience in the Home Improvement sector ,business development, and / or general management.
  • Revenue Focus : A history of driving significant revenue growth and scaling business units.
  • Leadership Excellence : A track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Vision : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills : Outstanding ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Tech Savvy : Familiarity with customer acquisition platforms, performance analytics tools, and compliance regulations (e.g., CMS).
