Job descriptionBring hyper-growth to the vertical by securing and scaling partnerships. Develop and deploy innovative sales strategies that maximize revenue and client ROI. Lead the charge in optimizing pricing models and leveraging performance data for continuous improvement. Grow and inspire the high-performing sales and account management team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Work closely with the management team. Be the face of PX for top-tier clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Deliver customized solutions that address client needs and drive mutual success. Represent PX at industry events, establishing thought leadership and expanding our brand presence. Use performance metrics and market insights to innovate and optimize vertical operations. Ensure scalability and efficiency, leveraging PXs dynamic pricing and publisher management tools. Maintain compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, particularly CMS guidelines. Proven Industry Experience : At least 10 years of senior-level experience in the Home Improvement sector ,business development, and / or general management. Revenue Focus : A history of driving significant revenue growth and scaling business units. Leadership Excellence : A track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams. Strategic Vision : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. Communication Skills : Outstanding ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Tech Savvy : Familiarity with customer acquisition platforms, performance analytics tools, and compliance regulations (e.g., CMS).
