Location : Torrington, CT

Pay : $40$45+ per hour, based on experience

Requirements :

Active Connecticut State Department of Education Certification in Comprehensive Special Education (165 or 265)

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field

Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education compliance

Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Responsibilities :

Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff

Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
